The BANISH PSTL 9 TI, formerly marketed simply as the BANISH 9, is a full-size, user-serviceable pistol suppressor engineered for excellent sound reduction without excessive weight. Its 14-baffle internal system provides a manufacturer-rated 34 dB sound reduction, while the included 1/2x28 BANISH Micro Booster™ supports reliable operation on compatible tilting-barrel 9mm pistols.
With the Micro Booster installed, the suppressor measures 7.16 inches and weighs only 8.57 ounces. Removing the booster reduces its dimensions to 6.8 inches and 6.73 ounces, allowing it to accept separately available direct-thread mounts for compatible pistol-caliber carbines, lever-action rifles, and fixed-barrel hosts.
Construction combines titanium internal components with a 7075-aluminum tube and front cap, balancing durability with manageable weight. The suppressor is rated for cartridges ranging from 5.7x28mm through 9mm, as well as compatible rifle and revolver cartridges including .300 Blackout, .357 Magnum, and .350 Legend. It is also full-auto rated for supersonic 9mm and subsonic .300 Blackout.
Its user-serviceable design allows the baffle stack to be removed for routine maintenance, an important advantage when using high-volume handgun ammunition. A black anodized and black Cerakote finish provides corrosion and wear resistance, while BANISH backs the suppressor with a lifetime warranty.
