Description

The Chiappa 1911 Superior Optic Ready is a full-size, steel-framed semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Built around the traditional 1911 platform, it features a 5-inch barrel, a single-action trigger system, and diamond-checkered walnut grips for a secure, classic feel.

This Superior model adds modern sighting capability with an optic-ready slide and two included mounting adapters designed for RMR- and RMS-pattern micro red-dot sights. An adjustable-for-windage fiber-optic rear sight provides a visible aiming reference when the pistol is used without an optic. The all-steel construction gives the handgun a substantial 2.57-pound weight, helping provide the balance and recoil characteristics expected from a full-size .45 ACP 1911.

The pistol has an 8+1-round capacity and includes two 8-round magazines. Its combination of traditional walnut grips, black finish, adjustable sighting system, and optic compatibility makes it a versatile 1911 for range use, recreational shooting, and other lawful applications.
