The Ruger RXM combines Ruger's proven reliability with Magpul's innovative ergonomics to create a modern, optics-ready striker-fired pistol built for personal defense, duty use, and everyday carry. Chambered in 9mm Luger, the RXM features a lightweight, modular design centered around a removable stainless steel chassis system and a highly adaptable grip module.
At the heart of the RXM is its serialized Fire Control Insert (FCI), a removable stainless steel chassis that houses the pistol's fire control components. This modular design allows the Fire Control Insert to be removed and installed into compatible grip modules, providing enhanced flexibility, customization options, and simplified maintenance.
The pistol is equipped with an interchangeable Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip (EHG) featuring Magpul's signature TSP texture for a secure, comfortable hold without excessive abrasion. The EHG incorporates a low-profile flared magwell for faster reloads, an undercut trigger guard for improved control, a beavertail design for a higher grip position, and an accessory rail for weapon-mounted lights and lasers.
Designed from the ground up for modern optics, the RXM slide allows for direct mounting of RMR, DPP, and RMSc pattern red dot optics without requiring aftermarket slide work. Combined with the factory-installed tritium co-witness front sight and steel drift-adjustable rear sight, shooters can enjoy an excellent sight picture whether using iron sights or a mounted optic.
Additional features include a flat-faced trigger, extended magazine release, raised slide stop, precision-rifled alloy steel barrel, durable Black FNC Nitride finish, and compatibility with many Gen 3-pattern holsters and accessories.
