The Ruger LC Carbine in .45 Auto combines the familiar power of the .45 ACP cartridge with a compact, highly configurable pistol-caliber carbine platform. Ruger’s unique bolt-over-barrel design positions the magazine inside the grip, helping produce excellent balance and comfortable handling.
Its 16.25-inch alloy-steel barrel is threaded .578"-28 and supplied with a thread protector, making it ready for compatible muzzle devices or caliber-appropriate suppressors. The reversible, side-folding stock provides an adjustable 12.60–14.60-inch length of pull, while folding Ruger Rapid Deploy sights make the rifle easier to store and transport.
A full-length Picatinny rail provides ample space for optics, and the CNC-machined aluminum handguard features M-LOK slots on seven sides plus multiple QD sling sockets. Ambidextrous and reversible controls make the LC Carbine adaptable to both right- and left-handed shooters.
The rifle uses Ruger’s proven Secure Action fire-control system, pairing a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger. The trigger is designed to provide a short, smooth pull, clean break, and positive reset. It accepts commonly available full-size Glock-pattern magazines and includes one 13-round magazine.
